A new client coaching approach

Can you imagine the feeling of getting an Invitation to Apply (ITA) through Express Entry and not being able to meet the application deadline? 😭

One of my recent clients reached out to me after this happened to her.

I know what you’re thinking. I see your jaw on the floor. 🤯

Fortunately, she was a very competitive candidate and received a second ITA shortly after the first one expired.

She needed more than immigration advice. She needed a coach.

That's when she reached out to me.

We identified the problems with the first attempt. I then created a project timeline for her, with a series of bite-sized objectives for her to accomplish well ahead of her application deadline. As her accountability partner, when she missed an agreed-upon deadline, I was on top of her immediately.

We submitted 3 weeks ahead of schedule, and she became a Permanent Resident (PR) of Canada yesterday! 🎉

Coaching sometime towards their goals is an immensely satisfying experience. 🏆

One of the joys of self-employment is being able to provide tailored solutions for my clients’ needs. Over the past year, I’ve refined my standard product offerings to meet the most common requests I receive—and with sensitivity to the varied budgets my clients have. For example, my application review services are quite popular because they give savvy budget-conscious applicants peace of mind before they submit on their own.

While I cannot provide a custom solutions for every single client, I do enjoy the ability to be nimble and finding new ways of helping each individual on their immigration journey in the way that they need.
